We worked with Mike on picking each and every light fixture for a new house we are building. I cant even begin to describe how amazing he was to work with; he went above and beyond on every single thing. He would constantly be looking things up for us, giving us suggestions, helping us through the craziness and just overall being an amazingly nice person. I came in here looking to spend money, happy to support a local business. When I walked in, I noticed the customer service area and told the person behind the counter "I'm looking for a lamp for my home office." He hesitated in response before saying, "Yeah they're just spread all throughout" and offered nothing more. From his tone, it was clear that what he was really saying was "I can't be bothered to help you or get off my chair and this is not worth my time or effort." I left without spending any money.

No lamp repair but if you just need a plug they sell them, or you can try Aboy on 74th they did lamp repair
I wasn't looking for that in particular, but they have pretty much everything else. For my that bathroom fixture, I was going for a floral look, and was able to choose the fixture separately from the glass bells that went on it, and specify the color, style and size. If they can do that, it's a fair bet they can do what you need too.
From your description this sounds like an LED disk type we do have various sizes and finishes in stock
Depends call the showroom and they can contact the factory and let you know.
