Pickup truck is ok. Semis and multi axle trucks have been outlawed. I would not advise a long RV or a truck and trailer. It makes it more dangerous for everyone on the road at the time.
It's not a road for truck and trailer but if you take care you'll be okay
You need to be careful with ant truck and trailer combo. While I was there we saw a truck and camper combo flipped over the cliff and the occupants did not make it. If your not comfortable with tight roads and steep cliffs with no guard rail then steer clear.

Pick up yes, and there is a trailer length max.

My husband drove his Chevrolet Dually with a trailer and a car on it. I saw an rv on it too.
