I usually stay in robbinsville they might have something near by. Robbinsville is a out 14 miles from the gap ,they got few good restaurants, grocery store and by the time you get to the dragon your tires are ready to go and rock roll.be safe and enjoy,the best mechanic is wheeler. Hope you don't needed but if do , go there.
We stayed in Pigeon Forge
Kickstand lodge is a great place stay for tents or small pop ups. They also have cabins. A motorcycle place but I'm sure would allow others. Owners are great people.
Maybe in Robbinsville. It's not too far
They are all over the place, you looking for a rv site or tent . I stood at a hotel that was way overpriced. Next time I'm staying right at the hotel located at the beginning .
Pigeon forge maybe
they have camping at deals gap motorcycle lodge. a couple of the sites have hook ups too. (first come, first serve)
Iron Horse Motorcycle Lodge in Stecoah is a great place also.
WoW, you all are nailing it. I will definitely have my pop up and that's what I'm looking for. Do I need to worry about these areas filling up?
