There is one part of the passage that gets narrow. I'm not sure if it will fit. Also, they discourage taking backpacks or bags into the cave as well. Best bet is to call them and ask.

They prefer no backpacks or carriers in the cave. Brushing up against the cave walls and formations or touching them with your hands damaged the cave and the oils on your skin can stop the growth of the formations. The tour is an hour long, and an infant can be disruptive to the tour and make it hard for the tour guide to conduct the tour. There is a lot of information that is shared.

I probably wouldn't. Just in case you have to get out fast it some other type of emergency. Nothing would probably happen but I would not take that small chance.
Yes. I don't see any problem with that. Dress warmly since the temperature will be in the 50's inside the cave
