This Community has recently come under new ownership from Open Door Management and I could not be more pleased with their service and efforts, they didn't raise lot rent one penny, Kailee, Karen and John that run the community are super friendly, helpful and professional. This is a great place to live where you feel like management truly cares about you as a human being!

worst place to live management very rude unprofessional they have a bucket holding there mail box most homes look unappealing not well maintained. lots of cigarette butts around. i never remembered it this way as a kid growing up in mt horeb..

Have had a great experience with the park. Neighbors have been great, beautifully landscaped yards. Also Gina the park manager has been able to take care of any questions or concerns I’ve had. Thanks Gina!!! Highly recommend the park.

Very beautiful and quiet. Super close to the park. The rent is reasonable compared to most places I’ve seen. The neighborhood seems very friendly. The lady in the office named Gina is super sweet and kind. Very easy to talk to. Answered all my questions.
