I have lived here for a long time..Since 1992..it's safe ..a. Nice place to live..I don't know many of. My neighbors. Back in the past I did ..My husband did..I have since been widowed..I raised my 2 children here..I have great memories..😃😀😁

We moved to Sugar Creek in September. It is now under new management. They have done nothing to improve the place. Apparently, nobody has been receiving letters to clean up their trailers and lots. Grass is not mowed by residents and management alike in a timely manner. Multiple abandoned trailers. Trailers with yards full of junk. It cost $550 for lot rent, cable and water.

I rode the Triumph to the place today and looked around. It sure is a big neighborhood! I saw a number of new homes for sale, both single wide as well as doubles. I liked the ones with the woods in the rear of the property especially. I'll be visiting tomorrow to talk to the office folks and be able to see the interiors of several of the homes.

Hello!! My wife and I just moved in, a little less than two months ago. We absolutely LOVE it here. It's very quiet at night, our neighbors are wonderful and the property management is beyond stellar. Everything we've experienced has far exceeded ALL of our initial expectations. We're simply thrilled that we chose this community, and you will too! We'll see you soon!

Yes they do have mobile homes for rent but you'd need to call the manager for pricing. It varies from park to park. Sorry I couldn't help more
Best to call depends 850 to 1000 some trailers are independently owned and rented its not likely to find a month to month lease and anyone that rents from someone besides sugarcreek still has to be approved by sugarcreek
