I have never done a google review, but I feel I should something about GEN3. I was in need of a reliable company to do some electrical/HVAC upgrade for my new home earlier in the year and GEN3 immediately stood out in my google search so I thought I will give the company a call to see if they will be willing to come out to give me a quote. To start, I was so impressed with the fact that GEN3 sent me appointment confirmation via email and reminders via phone texts. To cut a long story short, I am most satisfied with tasks performed by GEN3 and I am not an easy marker. Gen3 installed a 3 zone ductless split unit system in my south Philly row home. They did the 3 day estimated job in less than 2 and we're professional and courteous. Their team, lead by Eric, left my home cleaner than when they first arrived. I would absolutely recommend Gen3 to others

Worst contractor ever. If you want to waste your time and money on a contractor that will come out and do nothing, here's a perfect contractor. I told them I have condensation on my air ducts and what do the do but come out and say we don't do duct work so we can't repair your system. Bad communication with their service people to allow this and then charge me for not doing anything that I didn't know before. Terrible overall service, still trying to get the money they stole from me.
