Yes the stairs do have handrails and the tour is slow and us elderly with issues can keep up easily.

Yes - there are paved walkways, and lighting throughout, and all the stairs have hand rails. And, in the winter the Cave actually feels warm, humid and comfortable, especially compared to the chilly weather outside. We have regularly scheduled tours daily, with the exception that we are closed on Christmas Eve and Day. I hope you come for a visit!
