Super disappointed with the hogs we had them processes for us. All of the hams were not cured properly. When I asked them about this they just said that's they way they are. Many cuts were mangled and bagged with haste and very sloppy and not professional. They also were rude to a couple of my customers picking up their animals. I will not be processing hogs or beef with them again.

Dropped off a deer and went inside to pay, no one was at the counter, after someone finally came to the front, he had no idea what to do while the owner was on the phone. He gave me a sheet to fill out, as he wasnt much help, and paid 175$ …Hello, We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied, and confused with your deer processing order. You are correct - $175 for cutting your deer up, and the remaining into sausage and products is due at the end. We never give the total for sausage and products up front because we do not know the weight until your deer is cut up and is calculated upon completion. All of the pricing is posted up front at our counter, and on our website. You did order the remaining trim into extra products which can get very expensive. If you do not want all of that due to the cost, we would be happy to just swap it out for ground venison for a full refund for that, instead which is included in your the $175 processing fee. We apologize and it is our mistake if you did not understand, and we're confused. We want to make this right with you and resolve any issue! Thanks Kyle
