Why can't you speak to a worker in the store on the phone

Because it disturbs him. And he might not focus to what is going on in the store while talking to you on the phone

There really busy there so in reality they cant at times like this pick up the phone, but they usually do i dont know if there short on employees but thats problaby what it is ..but one thing i do know is that its been so busy there from when it opens till it closes.
