WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER Best buy been good to me for over 12 years of experience for both personal and business purposes until this first & last experience at the Rego park store #483. I purchased a 65” TV for one of my newest investment property at that store 4 weeks ago and My team didn’t open that TV until May 6. We found out the TV screen has internal damage after we turned it on, and we informed customer service about it right away. We were told to take the TV to the store were we originally purchased it from for an exchange (FYI that TV as a 30+ days return policy on it) the store team leader refused to follow the customer service requests and refuses to exchange or refund me for the TV. Multiple customer service people informed Mr ERNESTO which is the team leader at Best Buy to exchange the TV and he didn’t do non of that. Customer service team supervisor asked to speak to GM Shawn Gugick, unfortunately he wasn’t available. After 2 hours and 17 minutes, I left the store with no TV, No refund, No exchange, NADA 👎. I ended leaving the Damaged one for them as well

Excellent experience with the car installation team and products purchased. The entire team is helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and suggested products that met my expectations! They offered great pricing. Definitely will recommend their services for all your car audio, camera and security needs.

I rated Best Buy 4 stars because I have no idea where else to go for electronics where I can ask for help and 'kick the tires'. I'm not interested in buying a TV, stereo, or watch based on reviews. But to be frank, the service at Best Buy (I shop at multiple stores - this is a universal review) leaves a lot to be desired. From nobody at the phone kiosk to hard up selling me on stuff I do not need. Or bad advice on my last phone activation. Or items in stock only in the least convenient location. On the plus side, the Apple and Android booths, when staffed, are helpful. I have a Mac and both a Samsung and iPhone. So in short, I'd hate to see Best Buy close, but I sure wish the experience was better.

Sorry Jacke for the bad experience...The Queens blvd store is huge, you might wanna call or ask any employee for suggestions, if they are busy, its a matter of minutes for the appropriate associate takes care of your concern or problem and explain/guide you with the right information/device/solution considering your needs!
no they don’t
Nope my son and Ihave been looking for those graphic cards what happens is that they get them and people buy them quick then they are gone
I'm pretty sure they can but they ain't gonna answer here you should go to the place and ask them in person.
Same as other places wear a mask, social distance & they seem to keep an eye on how crowded it can get
I am not sure...however you should call the store
That I'm not sure...never asked
Most likely
Check the website, but im pretty sure they do.
The store is open. They will guide you the way to enter. They were very helpful.

I don't think it's something that you go to the same store and get out of doubt
This location is only dealing with curbside pickup at the moment. If you order online they will call you make an appointment and you can meet them by front door. They will honor all sales in circular.

Hi Edison, good morning. No. This item is not manufactured. There are only 2 versions available now. The Samsung Portable SSD T5 (250GB / 500GB / 1TB / 2TB) and the Samsung Portable SSD X5 (500GB / 1TB / 2TB). I know that Best Buy does not have the T5 version with 2 TB but Samsung still has it. Samsung sells the Portable SSD T5 2TB for $ 450 I think.
Please call the store and ask if they have it.
Yes, the latest GPS devices can be found on the sales floor. In whats called the Car Fi department

8801 queens blvd has a Samsung shop in the best buy
Yes
Nope not available in best buy
Bro this Best Buy is the worst. If you want a best buy with great customer service go to Best Buy Long Island City, it's bigger and has employees who actually give a damn about their customers.
