Nelson (owner) Doesn't care about his employees. You could make more starting wage just by being a shelf stocker at a krogers or meijer's. They profit millions per year with just one of the buildings but can't offer a decent wage to their employees. Then expect us to work like robots on 150% just to hit the efficiencies for stuff that is set way beyond achievable even if you did 3 grams of coke and downed 3 monsters. And they use that as a reason to not give people raises. Purposely set it way too high so when people don't reach it, you have a reason to say they don't deserve a raise.

Terrible place to work. Underpaid is an understatement !! Temp..$10 hour Hire In $11 hour Press operators change out their own dyes and do the press operations for $13 hour. What a joke
