Terrible experience at the Bloomington, Indiana hotel after numerous great stays at the Hilton down the street. Very nice building but poor management and service in general. Very disappointing service from front desk manager Dakota Carnahan. After several unsuccessful interactions had to get Hyatt Corporate involved. They were very interested in customer satisfaction and getting resolution to issues incurred. The Bloomington staff seemed nice but is not adequate in numbers to meet customer needs in a satisfactory manner.

The General manager said is rude I heard him talking to one of his work is Roolee in abruptly and all I see is the house keepers working hard all day to be unappreciated by their boss
