Long wait for the augmented reality car ride so I didn't wait but it looked really awesome. The store itself was fun to explore.

Free ride in a McLaren Senna simulator with Forza 5 in 2nd floor. 3rd floor was full of xbox and PCs with access to alot, also free. This was almost like being at LAN again. Recommend it to Nerds. 10 out of 10.

Wanted to try Surface headphones in the store, to experience how they sound, store employee said I can’t connect headphones to personal devices can ONLY listen on on your store devices. Question: why? I want to hear how they sound with my music on my device! Not on YouTube low quality music videos on your device. Very disappointed, really. When coming to Apple you can connect everything you want to personal devices.

1/5/22. Just decided to stop in 2 c what it was. I was met by ???? Who asked ? What brought to the Microsoft Experience! I told him Christmas was over and I needed a new surge! He laughed and took me on a tour! I asked him what do they have for older p people trying to catch up? He showed me a help page with his picture. Wow he was really down with the business! Great visit. Will return!!

Yes, the store has plenty of Virtual and Mixed reality headsets, it has Oculus, Vive, Samsung and HP, even Hololens, you can try all of them

Yes, they'll fix them. Mine was 1 week out of warranty and they still gave me a brand new one!! If it's too far out of warranty they'll fix or replace it for a fee.

Yes, the staff are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell and do an excellent job of explaining them and helping you decide which product is best for you. I have had nothing but amazing customer service from that store.

Just go to the back of the store, the maintenance is there, and staff are really helpful. They will take your and the surface information along with the issue details, then schedule an appointment for you with one of the support team. Initial check might be available instantly and then accordingly they'll tell you how they will move forward, according to whether this issue is covered by warranty or so.
Normally it retails for $2,999.00 but it's currently on sale for $2,699.10. the storage space is really what pushes the price so high. The same specs but 512gb storage is $500 cheaper and also on sale. I'm not sure if it is stock at the moment, I would call directly to inquire for the most accurate inventory check.

The fifth avenue store has an entire floor dedicated to Dell products (3rd floor), and they will service and provide support for all brands of Windows computers. I highly recommend visiting, their in store customer service is outstanding!

Once its Microsoft they can troubleshoot if its major then they hold on to it for 72hours. Of it's a hardware issue the send it to get fixed with your approval.
