They will take your and the surface information along with the issue details, then schedule an appointment for you with one of the support team. Initial check might be available instantly and then accordingly they'll tell you how they will move forward, according to whether this issue is covered by warranty or so.
Does not seem like it can be repaired since this is a physical issue. You may probably call up the service number and request for the new cable..
If it's a software issue causing you charging issues, they can certainly investigate and try to repair. If you mean to say there is physical damage, they may need to create a repair ticket for you and send it to be repaired depending on the damage, warranty, or insurance.
The plug is physically damaged on the computer. It's not a software issue. Thanks for your help
