The store looks well maintained but the inventory is lacking. Shelves seem empty & products far in between. Staff was courteous, polite and professional. But the primary reason I would go to a physical store is to see the products themselves and get them the very same day. I purchased two sunpak tripods. I won't capitalize their company name since the things are built out of straw it seems and fell apart as I was carefully unpacking it. I don't know why Best Buy would chose to have such instant expiry products in their inventory. I'll be throwing away both tripods as they seem unreliable for any purpose at all.

The Pac-Man machine was unplugged when I went this time and when I asked the employee to plug it back in they said no which significantly made my experience worse.

It is a good store for electronics and such like and when you get a member of staff to help you, (they are very understaffed), then you can get a good deal and very good service. I have been happy with my purchases from there and I'll go back. So I certainly recommend it.

This is more like WORST BUY than BEST BUY. I spent over $1300 in the Best Buy store at 86th and Lexington Ave. in Manhattan yesterday afternoon and arranged for delivery of my items for today because I wasn't coming straight home. I was never informed that my items might arrive yesterday so didn't rush home to be there to receive them. Before I even got home from the store: I received an email at 3:55 pm saying my order will be shipped soon and delivered by 10pm I received an email at 4:18 saying that they were unsuccessful in delivering my package and was being returned to Best Buy I received an email at 4:22 saying my package had been returned! THEN I learned that it may take up to 10 days for the charges to be removed from my credit card. I spent over 2 hours trying to get assistance on the phone yesterday from about 4:30 to 7pm and spoke to 2 different people and heard 2 different stories and never got a call back. My credit card company says the charges are pending and the customer service with Worst Buy is terrible. Why was my order sent out immediately for delivery? Why was I not informed this might happen? Why didn't I given the opportunity to have the items redelivered? Why should I have to wait 10 days? This amount actually impacts credit scores and is terribly inconvenient.

Call the Geek Squad or possibly check your prior purchases on your phone
Yes, you have to call or make the trip, keep in mind that in that area is a bit hard to find parking, if you find one is with meter
Sorry. No
Ask for geek squad customer service
Sorry, don't know. Usually you can get a whole Roku for slightly more than just the remote.
They said that they do on their machine, however I didn't see any of those people, call your local Best Buy!
If P.C. RICHARDS is open, chances are BEST BUY is open also.
No you must know what you want already and the staff will retrieve it and bring it to you while you wait at the entrance of the store. Once you have been giving your item then you wait on the line inside. If you want to get what you disre instead of pre-order for pickup.
Ask the store I'm not involved with this
In this current situation I can't answer, but it's usually open
No. Maybe ask a friend with a car to help?
And
They do sell universal remotes.
No don't sell hoverboard? Because it's illegal
It's between 86th and 87th street closer to the 86th corner.
No. They sell things not buy things
Yes
Call them. They will help
Yes but you need to call best buy 800 number so they can tell you which store can do it. It's still early in the day so don't waste time.

The train, 4, 5, 6 leaves you to cross or next to the store, you can also take the Q and it leaves you two blocks from the store By train train cojelo up to 86th st.
I didn't know. Please call them.
They have two different kind of one is $149.99 and another one $49.99. $149.99 is the best one.
I am pretty sure they will but I would call to make sure.
The Best Buy at 1280 Lexington Ave. is on the north west corner of 86th street.
Website or call them People like us do not represent Best Buy in any way. Nor do we get paid in any way. When you know the answer to your question, post a update here.
Depending on your accessories you would need a 4k HDMI cable to allow your TV's processor to upscale the quality something that is not natively 4k.
They sell a pretty large variety of HDMI cables, AV cable adapters might be hard to come by, try ordering it if you can.
I am not sure, but there is a possibility... Just make sure you get there early...
They had them yesterday, so I guess they have some more. They're going for $199.00
Yep
Also can buy online and choose where to pickup if don't want a delivery.
An easier way to go about it as well is adding the gift card to PayPal
They do, they have bins for this in the vestibules or you can drop it off at customer service
Here you never will get the number. Go to the store and do your shoppings.
Call 1-888-BestBuy for answers to this question.
BB has a good selection of digital cameras and accessories.
I really didn't check if they do, but I think they do, not really sure.
Yes you can, any items purchased from a different store can be returned, just be aware of different tax values, and don't let a manager tell you otherwise, sometimes they'll try to send you back to the store of origin if it's an item high in cost or with a protection plan.
They no longer carry beats from the Urban collection however they do have the product red beats
Demi is correct. The closest thing they have to lay away is a best buy credit card
Check the website that will give you your answer for inventory
Yes I do and it's very helpful
Best buy and a majority of other large retailers no longer support the use of checks
Yes
You should contact the geek squad .
The best advice I could give is buy electronic stuff from Aliexpress. I've been buying stuff for two years for now. They are reliable, and everything is cheap, and useful. This is not paid promotion. This is my honest opinion.
The iPhone 5 wouldn't be a wise investment even for $100 considering it's a 6 year old device, it would need battery replacements and wouldn't be able to support the latest software exposing you to security risks
Only way they can reset a password for your device is showing proof of purchase of the product, for pricing you would need to consult this with the geek squad
