My fiancé and I ordered and paid for a computer online for this location and went to pick it up the same day. When he arrived he waited an hour, only for them to tell him they sold OUR order to someone else that was in the store. They offered to send our order to another store with no guarantee we’d be able to pick it up there or that they would have it. We decided to just get a refund. Wasted 3 hours of his time for nothing between subway travel/walking/waiting, would not recommend order pickup as they may just sell it to someone else and you’ll waste your time.

As I walked in I was greeted by two sales guys. One went out of his way to search for the item I wanted. The service was excellent! Thanks Best Buy! Your customer relations is GREAT!!!

Most times the retailer will ask for Proof of Purchase. If possible have the reciept with you. It should be dated within the stores return policy time frame. If not, they may recommend contacting the manufacturer for help.

No but you can get a cell phone to use while in the USA at great prices
They vary in prices depending on which ones you're looking for
You can return to any best buy store
Call the outlet that would be they best option .
