Just rented a unit. Communications and service really great here. Jay helped me out on several things, from making sure my code worked at the gate, to walking all the way back to my unit when I couldn't open the door, and getting me set-up with an additional unit when I needed more space. Everyone I've spoken to so far have been helpful and nice. And the unit itself was clean and well maintained.
