I went at the time they were to open and a sign on the door indicated they would not open on time but would be open later in the day. The sign didn't say when. Once I was seen, the doctor listened carefully and explained everything that was going on. I was given no written instruction for follow up care though I was told I should do physical therapy. I did receive a call from a PT firm that I wasn't interested in using. Now I must track down the information from Doctors Care to verify the referral and to give the Physical Therapist the doctor's notes.

Have had some issues with my shoulder recently and PA Olivia Rubleski has been such a help in figuring it out, and the staff at this clinic has been so helpful and dedicated. My injury has been a stress for me, and coming here twice so far actually has helped alleviate that stress. I feel truly seen which I often don’t at walk in clinics (honestly, understandably so, but still). I can’t say thank you enough!!!
