I just paid $63 for a car wash and when I got my car back the console, doors and the dash wets not even touched, there was clearly still dust and dirt. When I notified the manager, he was rude. To get this cleaned, my car was put back at the end of the line and I had to wait another 25 min. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get your car cleaned. Definitely not worth $63.

Spent $63 on an exterior was with interior clean (plus extra since my Prius is considered a "5-door") with an extra $15-20 to spot treat a few stains. First, the good, they got out the stains and washed my car. Now the bad... Even though I was charged extra I had to return a 2nd time to them 5 minutes after leaving because they didn't vacuum the back or clean the windows. Worst of all, even after the 2nd return, I got back home to realize the front window was streaky and quite gross (still). I tried to call them to see what can be done (since they clearly didn't do the best job on my car) and have yet to hear back. Guess I'll have to finish the job myself!

Yes. If you got a tidal wave wash, you are entitled a 48 hour exterior only rewash. If you got a Tsunami, it's 24 hours.

I only go with the Maui package and I've done it 4 times. It is expensive, but totally worth it. It's the once a year thing, but your interior and exterior get so much more life out of it. If you own your car and want to keep it for awhile, this makes sure you love it through its whole life.

What's the price for detailing and do they steam clean your seats? I have stains in mine that regular over the counter seat shampoo does not get out.
