I was so excited for this to open, and wow did they disappoint. We ordered three milkshakes, got one, had to ask 10 minutes later for the other two, then were handed the wrong two as replacements. Then after another 5-10 minutes we finally got the correct order with a passing “sorry.” Not only was the service incredibly bad, but the milkshakes were almost inexplicably foul-tasting with this bizarre, bitter taste to them. I can’t say I’ve ever had ice cream, of all things, taste bad! My 11 year old daughter and I each ended up throwing ours away. Just an awful experience in every way.
