I have to say that these lawyers work hard on their cases. They were constantly keeping touch and working on my case. They are friendly and understanding as well. And at the end of my case made me feel great about the outcome in a difficult situation. I hope no one ever needs a lawyer, but if you do, this is the firm to use!

So long as the court feels it is in the best interest of a child and it doesn't interfere with his parental rights, you may receive visitation to your grandkids.

My spouse and I have been separated for 8 months and we're ready to look for a divorce. Is separation a legit grounds for divorce in South Carolina.

Only if you've been separated without cohabitation for one year can it be counted as grounds for divorce in South Carolina.

Me and my partner have lived in South Carolina for ten months. We're ready to file for divorce, but we're not sure we can file in the state. How long do I have to live in South Carolina to file for divorce in a court here?

You have to establish residency in South Carolina for one year before you can file for divorce here.
