I love this property. The setting is very beautiful and the location is convenient to Charleston and other areas that I travel to in order to conduct business. Lisa Spellman is the Property Manager. I just renewed my lease for a second year and can't express enough my appreciation for Lisa and her assistant Kathleen. They are very attentive and listen and respond to any needs that I have. The maintenance staff is alway available to quickly fix any problems. I love living here and I'm very thankful for the staff, the beautiful property, and the location of my home.

The office staff miserable. Now there are thieves in the community. Gas from my car was regularly siphoned off. After installing lock on gas tank the thief scratched the car. Buildings are dated and aged like milk. Only maintenance people are courteous but do not get permission from front office to correct the broken stuck windows from the beginning of our stay. edit: Thank you Lisa from front desk, finally I got your attention. Let us start with move in inspection in 2018, The living room window, Guest bedroom window and one window in master bedroom that falls because there are no springs attached. After you fix this in 48 h, we can fix the floor boards that vibrate and annoying to the downstairs neighbors may be? Thanks for getting back to us in full four years.
