I never write reviews but Unfortunately the owner is extremely unprofessional, rude, incompetent and has no sense of customer service. she has a terrible attitude and doesn’t know how to make an upset customer feel better and by the looks of these reviews I am not the only one that experienced her ATTITUDE. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, THE OWNER WILL THREATEN YOU IF YOU CALL TO BE THE BIGGER PERSON. She has nasty tattoos on her upper arms and has black short hair NAME TINA.

The ladies are very friendly and did a great job with my standard schnauzer(Nelly) and english bulldog (Butter)!! I think we have found our new groomers!!

I have never had a bad experience here. They have always been so kind with both me & my 2 chihuahuas. I usually just have my chihuahuas nails clipped because I always have a hard time clipping them myself. The price is super cheap! Only $5/chihuahua & I tip them as well! Love this place!
