Small gated community, the residents are friendly that watch out for each other, not all mobile homes are the same got a variety of types, security on site no druggies, has an indoor jacuzzi, small gym, pool tables, laundromat, and a hunted clubhouse

U can check the office ,i have seen for sale signs ,but there might be some for rent

It's like any other old peoples park. These parks a what you make them to be. You can be a grump and be lonely or you can be friendly and enjoy your stay here. I like people so I get along with everyone including our great manager.
