I went in and asked for a 1 hour message to help with neck pain. She said they would do it but I have to pay up front. As she took my card, she said "the tip should be an additional $20 ok?" I said...uh OK..I'll tip you in cash after. So she proceeded to charge my card the $50 for an hour message. I waited in the room for 10 minutes while wondering when she would come to start the message? I could hear them having a conversation. Finally I got up and opened the door to see why she wasn't coming in!? She then came in and started the message. After about 5 minutes, I heard a man walk in. She stopped messaging me to help him. He asked if he could get a 30 minute message. She said yes and came back in to my room. She started messaging me again and then said "Oh I forgot! I don't have time to give you a 60 minute message today. Is 30 minutes ok?" I was blown away!! I responded " Are you going to give me my money back that you already charged me for the 60 minute message?" She said "Oh, well 30 minute message is only $40 so the additional $10 you paid will be my tip" WTH!?!?!? IS THIS FOR REAL!? How is this place even in business!? Never going back! Please heed my experience and warning. Find a better place! When she ended the message, that I paid $50 for, the clock in the room showed maybe 20 minutes for more of a back rub than a message. Did not help with neck pain. I'm still mindblown over this experience!!

Zero really how are people like this in business. Pay up front keep stopping to answer front desk asked for a tip and then cussed at me when I said no thanks. Horrible example of Asian business. Gov gives them loans and I can't get one lol they suck. Wives watch the husband here.

HORRIBLE!!!! I made appointment but they did not disclose that we needed to pay MANDATORY tip upfront of $10! Also, they wanted to charge me $2.00 to use my cc. She waited till she swiped my card to tell me about the mandatory tip. I don't have a problem paying for a tip, but to pay for a tip before services is a RIP OFF! Its unfortunate because I was truly looking forward to my massage. the owner is RUDE and so are the workers! I walked out and took my business elsewhere. I would give them 0 stars if I could!

I did not appreciate the shakedown for a tip. The massage was more of a rub then a massage. My neck was actually worse afterward than better. I realize there are different kinds of massages and then is only the second one I have paid for. The first was a ten minute massage at the mall which made a huge difference in the relief of stiffness in my neck and back. This half hour massage did not help at all. The lady if very, very difficult to understand. And I view it as very unprofessional to ask for a tip, and just bizarre to ask for more after being given a tip. The massage was advertised as $39. I was then told it would be $40. When I gave her my charge card, I was told it would be $41 for using the charge card, which I don't think is legal. She wanted a $15 tip for a $41 massage. That's a 38% tip! Who gets 38%? I happily and generously tip the poor underpaid waitress knowing that my bill covers the food, the chef, and the busboy. I am glad to tip the pizza delivery guy for driving to my house in the hot weather because I don't want to go out in it. But for a massage, why should I tip the person I am directly paying for it? And even if it is accepted custom to tip for a massage, how is 38% even reasonable? I will not be going back.
