I didn't go inside the building. I took some one there to apply for a job. She filled out an application right on the spot. Now it is a waiting game to see if they give her a interview, or just leave her hanging waiting for a call either for a job or if they call and tell that she did not get the job.

My partner and I were preparing to bring our rescue dog home -- our first dog together and our first time being primary owners of a dog -- when we wandered into Benson's. We couldn't be more glad we chose this place over a larger chain! They had nearly everything we needed (we adopted a BIG dog, so some things couldn't be found in a store) and were very friendly and helpful. The customer service was outstanding! They answered the countless questions I had with a smile on their faces. Harris (an employee) single-handedly made me a loyal customer. He was so patient and kind and knowledgeable. He even jumped our car when it died on the first visit!! When I came back to buy more things for the pup and thank him again, he made my second shopping experience even better, walking me through everything and making me feel so prepared to be a pet parent! It was actually one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. His manager Lauren was amazing as well! Those two answered a lot of questions for me and were so incredibly nice. This experience really added to the excitement of adopting our baby, so I'm very appreciative. Give Harris and Lauren a raise!!!

We carry both wild bird and domestic bird food and suppiles.
They have as good or better selection of all kinds of dog food than the major chains....ie Petsmat, Petco.

We currently require customers to wear a mask in store. We offer sanitizing wipes at the entrance to all of our stores and monitor all employees for symptoms before every shift. We have barriers at check out and sanitize high contact surfaces frequently. We do also offer delivery and curbside pick up if you do not feel comfortable coming in to shop.
We do not sell that brand of puppy training. We do have WeeWee Pads that are size 28x34".
We do not currently have any lovebirds available. We do carry them on occasion.

Most Bettas sold are healthy. I have never purchased a sick one. In regards to Benson's purchasing from you I would suggest calling them direct and first before transporting any pet to the store. They may have a qualifying process. Good luck!
They do not sell puppies but allow local rescues to conduct adoption clinics on Saturday mornings.
