Didn't like the fact that I reserve a low cost car.....called n confirmed the pickup bt when I got there I ws told that none is available even tho the lot had many cars on it. I pointed that out and I was told they are all "reserved" lol-what a joke, (like I didn't reserved one). I didn't even get to walk around n look at the cars, i was taken to that one car they wanted me to take.. was told I can return it within 3 days n get something cheaper, tried doing that, called a lady told me I can't on that day I will have to wait until to following week. Her tone was very nasty and it was almost like she didn't want to hear what I was saying. I feel like if your AUTO INSURANCE is paying they try to push the most expensive car on you.....they don't care about that % u have to pay put of pocket. That is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and low key SCAMMM. Ended paying double of what I intended to because of this. Just be careful and learn from my experience. If none of the above happened, it would honestly be a 5/5 bcz nice people do work there- mayb its company policy to do things the way they do. Idk but its bad

Great and quick service. Shane was great greeted me at the door, got me on and out very comforting staff, he told me Brandon was taking me to another site for the vehicle. Brandon was very accommodating, talking to me about news and weather, telling about the vehicle. Great Guys

They told me they would have lots of vehicles available the next day. So, I made an appointment for the next day. They "forgot" my appointment. I called, and they said they had lots of vehicles available. They picked me up, and when I got there they said they only had a Jaguar SUV. He said, "It only cost $11 per day." Actual cost was $90 per day. They said, they checked with their other location, which had several vehicles available. We get there, and they say they only have one full sized vehicle available. Constant lies and manipulation. If you call, they ignore the phone... Renting a car should not be this difficult.

This location of Enterprise is much better than the one in the Airport. My experience with airport location was not as good as this location. UD staff were very helpful to get me a great deal when I needed a car, as my own car was in service for a week. They gave me a beautiful and clean car for a week and price was just great.

Yes. Tell an airport employee you want to get on the Enterprise shuttle and they will tell you where you can wait for it. They pick up very regularly and take people to the Enterprise office nearby.
They hold $250 on top of the rental fee. If you use a major credit card you get the $250 back the day you return the car. If you use a debit card you get the $250 back in 2 business days.
