The absolute worst ulta I have ever been to. The salon, the customer service alllll absolute trash. Train your employees to be better including your little managers.

I just have to give a shout-out to Isabel, not only a fabulous cashier but super helpful on the floor with me answering questions and helping me find what I need. A pleasant experience overall at this store.

Masks required. No testers available for makeup. Limited number of people allowed inside. Arrows on the floor for direction and dots for social distance. They seem to do a good job here.
