Terri was great! Very helpful and pleasant. She gets 5⭐️'s. The guy was a bit of a jerk. After telling us there would be no problem getting a tractor trailer to our locker when making a reservation changed his tune on delivery day. He seemed irked that he had to move his truck. He gets 0⭐️

Terry was the sweetest lady! We called at 5:58-- 2 minutes before they close-- and asked if she could stay open for us and she did, she waited for us and was so sweet about it, didn't even give us a hard time. She said she truly believes in customer service and she showed it! Terry really helped us out today and I appreciate it so much!! Thank you!!

Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
