I love this location cuz it’s huge inside many many stuff to get here, also you can save money buying in here location the open box 😂 just saying I don’t do it, but I see the montain of stuff there always, and it looks like it goes away quick so take advantage lol

The cashier that was serving me was the best cashier ever she was a very well experienced very nice very humble very sweet she was so patient make sure I got whatever I needed help me out with whatever I wanted I think she should be a manager of that store personally I had the best experience and I would recommend anyone to go to that Best Buy and to meet that cashier that is how a representative of a company should act and presented themselves to anybody I hope you guys give her a raise because she was the best ever I don't think nobody and then Tim and Department could ever do what she did for me thank you

I have bought 4 TV's from here and never had a problem with them. Staff has always been respectful and friendly. employees are very helpful

I don't know what that guy said but I don't think that Best Buy would carry a case for that low budget or middle range phone. At least I don't remember seeing one of those and I go to this Best buy a ton! Check the nearby T-Mobile store or other carrier retail store. They would definitely have it. Sorry for the late response.
You are better going to a small phone store for repairs or checking with your carrier for insurance service because geeksquad will charge you all the money in the world for simple problems they have a bit of a predatory business practice

Doing the holidays its fairly crowded but i think the biggest problem is the lack of assistance available. Today the electronics department had one person. He was being run ragged by customers with questions.

Items that you are purchasing,pay for your items, everything is safe,and secure! Best buy is a great place to shop,I just got home from best buy,I just went to pick up a DVD player,and a microwave....
