Yes but not a ton of good options if there is a decent crowd in the lobby. A couple of the pairs of seats are against a wall and separated from other seating. The lobby bar is a nice place to host a meeting like that. Even the restaurant for a cup of coffee would be more dependable than the lobby seating though.

Yes, but it's not even semi-private and you may be short on space depending on the size of your group. I posted a picture of the lobby seating in my review last week.
