These ppl threw my things out while I was on a business trip to buffalo NY. I called that morning to confirm I'd be late and couldn't use my room that night. After they confirmed my situation, I arrived early that morning and they wouldn't even let me in as well as find the personal effects I left in the room. I already had paid for 4 nights. Theives by any name.

I've been in this hotel twice and it's been like 4 or 5 hours. The atmosphere from at least from 12 pm to 4 or 5 pm has been a quiet one. The common areas of the hotel have been clean as well as the 2 rooms that I have used. Both the sheets, the bedspreads and the pillowcases have been clean and with a pleasant smell of detergent. The bathrooms are spotless as is the carpet. I thought it wise to leave this review as I had reservations and I was very skeptical about this hotel from previous reviews but after staying there I realized that everything was different. The only thing I didn't like was the attitude of the guy at the front desk who asked us for a tip, I think it's in very bad taste to ask for a tip that he hasn't even earned since he had just started his shift and it wasn't even the person who attended us when we checked in. The other thing that I did not like is that the rooms do not have a refrigerator. But overall good π

Is not the same from 5 years ago The service has gotten worst, they're bathtubs have black stains in them seem like they can't be removed the chairs that you sit in there are fading the beds are extra soft due to the mattresses being very worn and the three pillows they have on the bed are so flat that you have to put all three of them on top of one another to get a good pillow I was brushing my teeth in the bathroom and on the counter had a lump of old toothpaste that's been there so long it turned to concrete. And as usual you can't use the blankets I immediately took it off the bed and threw it in the corner the heat is turned down so low it seems like you have no control far as turning it up I was freezing and that room that my body started to ache. The carpet in the hallway there are buckling from being worn look like they need to be changed for the $120 that they charge me last night which was on the month of February 27th 2022. For $120 that they charging for one day you can go get you a room in center City at a better hotel maybe at a lower rate with a continental breakfast in the morning. I suggest you look around for something much better than the Roosevelt inn on Roosevelt boulevard.
