Though not the fanciest hotel in Philadelphia, it is my favorite because of its location, pet friendly policy, and practicality. I've encountered different staff and everyone has always been very nice and helpful. I've stayed in a room with no view, partial view, and park view - and they've always been good, comfortable, and clean. Once I had to ask for a (very) late checkout and paid a little extra for it, and they were so accommodating, not judgy and upheld their word when quoting a price or a time. Very impressed, and we will be back, will recommend this to friends and family - especially if they have dogs that they're traveling with. The valet attendants are kind, the concierge are kind, I've had a really superb experience from the humans at the hotel. No one is even pushy about getting a tip, I even had to chase someone down to tip them (!), and they truly deserve it! The one thing I do not like about it is that the adjacent restaurant attached in the lobby doesn't serve food worthy of the hotel. I've stayed here a few times, and have ordered from the restaurant three times — it's always bad! The only acceptable thing I got was an iced latte (so, you pull 2 espresso shots and pour it over cold milk and ice -- not hard to do).

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! I was totally impressed with the professionalism of management and Staff. Front desk associate and concierge was very cooperative and service was outstanding. Room cleanliness was outstanding and detail to all CDC guideline went above and beyond. In today environment it is difficult to find outstanding employees.Management has found the Secret ingredient in providing development of staff with the knowledge to provide great guest satisfaction.

Located right next to Independence Hall and the Liberty bell, this is a prime location for someone visiting the city. The lobby is bright and inviting. There is valet parking at the front door so you just drop off your car with them and they park it for you. You will need a room key to use the elevator which is a great safety feature. The rooms were lovely and the bed very plush. Its like sleeping on a cloud. The shower heads had great pressure so cleaning up after a long day of sightseeing is very relaxing. The shower is a walk in so it is easy to get into. They have free coffee in the lobby in the morning to start your day. There is also a restaurant off the lobby that serves great food. Highly recommended for a luxurious getaway from your everyday.

Our room had a mini fridge. It also had snacks, drinks, and a mini bar but at "elevated" prices. But we could add anything of ours to the fridge without cost.
The Bourse garage is just around the corner. You can get a spot using the Spot Hero app or just drive up
I believe rooms others than suites only have wall showers
They had a brand I wasn't familiar with that was very nice. It included shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion as well as bar soap.
Theyre all shower stalls
It's about 5 min walking to the Liberty Bell. About 10 min via Uber to the Rocky statue.
