Positive: I liked the layout of the hotel, and the convince of getting food and service. The valet was a little pricey but very efficient. I loved the professionalism of the staff and how accommodating they were. Will definitely be staying here again!!! Negative: No everything was so great, though I was suppose to have a larger room with a view, I never complained and was satisfied with the accommodations that they gave me, it was just that nice!

Positive: The staff were friendly and attentive. Good location. Wine from 5-6 in lobby nice, though we couldn¿t make it during that time. Nice fireplace in lobby. Negative: Room - small. Though clean, stains on curtains, walls, carpet. No coffee maker or microwave - no access to hot water for tea at night. Morning coffee and tea in lobby is an ¿amenity¿¿ ?? No security for elevator. Hallways in need of update.

Absolutely great hotel. Always a great option when we stay in Philly. Perfectly located in center of it all. Close to Rittenhouse square, Love park and a lot of great restaurants. The staff is super helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Some have spectacular views of city. They have a cool happy hour special from 5-6 where they offer complimentary white and red wine and seasonal spiked apple cider. They also bring out popcorn during that time. Few notes: they put a $75 hold per night for room service, parking, etc. They do refund it if you don't use any services.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff was courteous and attentive. The room was nice and clean, the spa tub was AMAZING!! I wish I had one at home, well worth the price. I treated myself to the weekend for my birthday and enjoyed every moment. Great job!!
