What an outstanding hotel. Just luxurious beyond all expectations. The room was great, spacious with an amazing view. The gym - probably the best I have ever seen in a hotel ever. the infinity pool, the steam room, the sauna. The staff, the attention to detail, the service was just amazing. Nothing was ever enough. Breakfast just perfect. The bar and so much more. Highly highly recommended! Loved it and glad we made a special occasion of it.

What a fabulous hotel! It is spectacular and the rooms are very nice, but what made our experience was the staff. Without exception, every single member off the staff from housekeeping to front desk was fabulous. The hotel manager Charles was kind enough to write us a note, Katrina was excellent in assisting us with check in/check out, and Elena helped set us up. Also Fabio helped us with an impromptu photo shoot by the pool 😂 Will definitely be staying in the future!!

Wow, this hotel is amazing and customer service is top notch! There's always a service person in the hallway almost anytime you open your door to provide you with anything you may need in your room. They also have ice service to your room which is a plus. There is bed turndown service as well. The bathroom has the best shower with strong pressure! The closet is like a changing area which is nicely separated front the bedroom area. Everything is super plush here only suggestion is that they provide better toilet paper in the rooms. Considering how upscale this hotel is, this is definitely a must.

We have never stayed at a Four Seasons before and after staying here, I quite literally don't know how I will ever stay at another hotel ever again. The view from our room was stunning and all the things we requested on the app were in our room when we got there. (dental kits, pillows, water bottles, etc.) For me, it was the little touches...being able to request things through the tablet in the room, black face masks in the room, little appetizers and food snacks on the table, music playing on the tv. It was an incredible experience and the staff was always polite and attentive. We checked out the pool area and my only complaint was there wasn't much seating and some people would overtake the large couches that could easily seat multiple people and lay all their stuff across them and "hog" them all day but that is not the hotel's fault. We also were incorrectly charged for items we didn't use in the mini bar in our room but after contacting the hotel a few times we were able to get it rectified.

Hotel stay is NOT required at all. Just go though the front door, make a quick right turn and you'll see the elevators. During the some weekdays, if you run into a formed line, you can either wait (there is NO check-in or fee) or just come in another time. It's a great experience. I strongly recommend it. Nice photo opportunities. All the staff are used to just visitors. You don't even have eat or drink anything, you can just walk around there. Have fun. 😊☀️😁
Answered by previous poster I would suggest going by public transportation if it all possible.
