The Hilton brand never lets me down. From the time you enter the front door it is a clean and relaxing environment. The staff is very attentive. The rooms are very clean including ALL linen. Dust free, no fingerprints on mirrors, wood polished , bathroom clean, flooring clean, and a freshness throughout the hotel. Great breakfast. Off street parking.

My wife and I along with my cousin and aunt stayed at this hotel last week while visiting family in the city. First thing, I called the hotel a week earlier to confirm that the pool was open and was told “yes the pool is open”. Of course when we arrived the first day, the pool was closed and remained closed the entire week we were there, and was told it was closed due to a broken light. When we checked in and went to our rooms, there was no soap in the bathrooms and was told that if we wanted room service we would need to call and requested 24 hours in advance. I checked and asked about 3-4 times for soap, the front desk staff would take my room number and say they would have someone to bring soap, but each time the staff showed up, they had shower gel and said the soap was on back order and they were told to give shower gel for soap. ( I always travel with my own soap, however this is totally unacceptable ). We paid for parking which is charged at a daily rate, and on the last day we couldn’t get to the handicapped parking spot because the hotel van was parked across the parking space and they stated they didn’t have the key to move it. The front desk, credited me 2 days for the parking which I appreciated, however it is very disrespectful, inappropriate and mind you illegal to ever and I mean ever to be parked blocking handicapped accessible parking spaces. There were groups of people hanging out in front of the hotel all times of night which certainly is not safe. After all that was going on with this horrible stay at this hotel, I didn’t even mention the stained carpet in my cousin and aunt’s room and the broken shower bar in my bathroom. I have stayed at many Hilton properties, but this has to be by far the must horrible experience I’ve had at any of the properties. Definitely needs to be looked into by the brand. This hotel stay was totally unacceptable, horrible stay. It doesn’t matter how friendly you are, with should be part of the stay, however when people spend money for a service or a hotel stay, they pay for services. This hotel with this type of service should not be accepting peoples money. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Positive: The staff was terrific, both at front desk and in late night bar area. The room accommodations were super-clean and really luxurious. The building is good, also. Quiet rooms are rare next to airports. Thank you! Negative: Only one problem arose, for me and for others. After I had checked out and deposited the room key at the desk, I had no way to command the ¿parking lot gate¿ to open! Several of our cars were stuck at the gate, even as we were trying to get out.

Positive: I stayed here for basketball game so the location was great. My check in process was smooth and the front desk staff was very professional informative and kind. My room was very clean and comfortable the bed was amazing I slept like a baby i Negative: room would of been even better if there was a fridge and microwave in the room I didn¿t like that I had food and couldn¿t eat in my room like how I would of like thermostat in my room on the wall didn¿t work so room was kind of cold

It was very quiet when I stayed there last month.
I never had a chance to try out the restaurant because of messed up flights. I was lucky to get a sandwich at the airport! Sorry I can't be of any help.
Yes, just coordinate with the front desk so they can anticipate it and let you know their preferred carrier (i.e. DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS). They may have a specific address and/or description they may want you to use on your package/parcel as well.
Nit that I'm aware. Would recommend the Embassy Suites over DT though. -my 2cents.
Call hilton customer service and they will fix it. Happend to me in my stay in CT.
$10 overnight
Parking was a single flat fee paid 12.50 for my entire week stay. $40 per night is absurd. That is 20 to 30% as much as the lodging.
