Hotel was clean and employees were friendly. Valet parking was unavailable when I arrived at 9:00 PM and I had to park quite a distance away. (No one told me that Hilton has a lot nearby and it wasn't obvious in the dark.) At 11:00 AM one morning I sent a text requesting that more soap be put in my bathroom. I received a text acknowledgement from an employee. 8:00 PM still no soap. Had to go to the front desk for some. Does Hilton consider this adequate guest service? I don't.

Something not quite right here. All the ingredients for a nice hotel but some staff letting the place down. The guys on concierge were great but the reception staff were unfriendly on arrival and unhelpful on departure. Rooms a bit dated but OK. They need to do a lot more to justify the price point. A missed opportunity for Hilton

Horrible. As soon as I walked in, I noticed there was no staff at the front desk. There was a guy sitting in the lobby, and he noticed me looking around and asked if I needed help. I asked if he worked there and he said no, but nobody else seems to. He was just a mad customer. That was a bad sign to start. I went to the bathroom, which was what I was looking for in the lobby, and some of the dispensers were out of soap. Parking is a really far walk. And you have to pay for it if you have more than one car. I had an issue with the parking machine, and the help buttons didn’t work! So I had to call the front desk to send somebody. And when a person showed up, a parking employee, he literally glared at me and used his card to open the gate. Didn’t say a word, didn’t smile, he was angry. In the room itself, it’s about the little details. Grimy corners and peeling paper. Not worth $300 for a single night. The TV did not have options to buy movies. It was weird cable. The deadbolt on our door was broken! I wish I was lying, but when I lifted my pillow, the pillow beneath it had a thick black hair on it! The connection on the TV kept stopping while we were watching a show/had bad connection. Literally the only nice thing about this hotel was one of the workers, I wish I would’ve gotten his name, he was short in stature and had a vest on and looked very professional. He saw that my hands were full with dinner and opened the elevator for me and selected my button upstairs. Other than that this entire place was definitely not worth it. I could’ve found something a lot better on Airbnb for a lot less $$

Hotel location was prime for where we needed to be. The front desk and valet service was wonderful. It was snowing so our cars were cleaned off well. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was great and well seasoned. The drinks were strong! Only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because the rooms need to be updated. The wallpaper is peeling and the ceiling had paint chips/cracks.

Hi Robin. Unfortunately, you cannot bring your own food. If you call the hotel, ask to speak with Randy in sales and he can provide you pricing.
BOTH DAYS
We were only there for one night. We did wear of mask. The room was clean and covid approval.
