They decimated my antique lamp. I left my lamp with them for light socket replacement and rewiring, when I picked it up, the top of the lamp had been cut off and there was a huge hole in the back. They decided to “modernize” it without asking. They should have called me to tell me what they were thinking of doing BEFORE doing that ! Don’t go there !

I bought and returned 3 sets of lamps shades for a pair of lamps at various stores and returned each set. I brought my lamp into Biltmore Lamp & Shade and Nate was so helpful. He set me up with the perfect size shades and hardware needed to make the lamps looks even better then before. Pricey, yes, but worth every penny.
