Are there places near the falls or water if you can't hike? If not our there other falls that I can go? I live in Vancouver so I'm looking for a relaxing place to go with my caregiver.

I would suggest Lucia Falls, which is the falls that is about 3 miles west. You can see more of the falls and there is a place to sit so you can watch it. Moulten falls had some benches, however if you have a tough time with stairs, you won't be able to see the falls very well. If you are looking for a paved flat trail to go on, then at the other end of the Moulten falls trail, there is a mile of pavement that is very easy walking (or walker/wheelchair) and quite scenic and quiet.

Both Moulton and Luscia Falls have areas accessible by groomed pathway, but Luscia Falls has better views with minimal walking

It is an amazing place. Yes! Plenty of areas to hike

I'm not too sure. I do know there are a few benches.
