It's a great organization for our kids. It really instills their confidence, self assurance, self worth, and value as team players with a positive spirit. Learning "team" player skills will be something they need to have in life. So, It's really great when the Coaches include ALL the parents, regardless of their personal opinion, whom show up and want to participate. The KIDS see that they are being lead by a constant and positive attitude, with NO discriminations and that TEAM spirit is in their Coaches too. It is very vital that any issues are left off the field. Adults need to leave disgruntled comments and attitudes for arranged team/parent, or personal meetings. This League is for our Kids, not the parents. We need to teach our kids to learn it's ok to "agree to disagree" but you still have to get along. It's a game and we want them to WANT TO PLAY. Not quit because the Coach is a jerk to the parents, or the not so good kids. They should all be treated the same. They are there to learn how to be a team, which means "All for one and one for All." Thank you!
