Is there a entrance/parking fee??

No fee to park. Get there early to lock in a spot. There a camp ground with river access that's real nice. Easy trek to the river.

There is not, free to park. Though if you want a good spot best bet is overflow parking. It is past the main spot and up around the hill. Easily can be missed but I almost always find a spot to park there. Just a bit of a trek to the water though.
