I would recommend the Hantwick Road Trailhead for wheelchairs (far end of the park). As far as the main end (which is more iconic and pretty) there are some pretty steep hills and logs across the trail to help shed water right at the beginning. If you want to go to the bridge, park in the upper lot and then it will be easier to get to the main trail that parallels the creek. It is a beautiful place that I would recommend going to!
Its is partly a gravel road.
