No. It's a day use area. You could try Silver Star a little farther up near Larch Mountain. There's camping there and good hiking. The best is in the national forest, Mt. Adam's wilderness or near Mt. St. Helens.
I don't believe so, however you may be interested in Sunset Falls, just up the road a bit. It has camping opportunities and longer trails. It is inside the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
