No to the falls itself. But if you walk along the road east of the parking lot, there is a nice mellow pool of clear water that is safe for swimming. Just don't dive off the bridge 😊
In certain areas, you can sit in the river. The falls, not so much.
You could probably swim under the bridge...looks like a nice deepish swimming hole
