How can someone that's is registered for 7 days on site 37 be told they have to move sites because someone called in after we were here have presidents over us ?

Unless it was previously reserved, and they weren't aware that you were staying for longer than 7 days, could always be a possibility. I'm sure it was a mistake on their part, but I hope you enjoyed the park enough that you won't let that stop you from coming back. I know I can't wait to take my family camping down there.
