Beautiful lovely little green Paradise in the south of Colorado Springs. Many nice people around the lake fishing or on SUPs, kayaks and small boats. Very dog friendly and great for kids. Swimming prohibited. Nice private spots around the lake for sitting, picknick and just watching the water. It’s green and lovely. The water has a turquoise touch. I love the Cheyenne Mountains in the back. So amazing!

We love this park. It's a nice trail to walk around the lake. It's fun to see the people fishing and others walking their dogs. The playground next to the park is great, complete with a basketball court and an open field. Would be a great place to paddle board.

Went to chill on a Thursday night. It was really nice, has 2 dock areas. People were doing all kinds of recreational activities. We were fishing, unfortunately didn't catch anything.

Beautiful park with a terrific gravel path that circles the perimeter of a lake. There are always plenty of folks fishing or recreating on the lake (nothing motorized) and everyone has always been polite and considerate so far on the paths and ramps. Forewarning - parking can be tricky on busy days, particularly in the west parking lot where the spaces are very very narrow. Be a good neighbor and double check your park job to make sure you're not over the line or else you're asking for some nasty looks ;)
