Yes! Dogs are welcome on the south dock and even at many of the patio restaurants. Only service animals are allowed indoors.
You can definitely bring dogs. There are plenty of outside areas and the main walkway of pier allows pets. Just be sure to bring supplies to clean up after them

You are allowed to bring them outside by lake Michigan but bringing them inside is unknown, I would call them or check their website to find out.
