I absolutely love this place....it takes you back in time with or ancestors and they're time with the railroad in Pullman.

The visitor's center and the grounds immediately surrounding the main building were remarkable, but be sure to check out the streets immediately to the south as well. Tons of beautiful homes and landmarks to complete your experience!

I don't think it's open yet. But by all means visit the website & register.
So there is parking at the monument now. You have to go down cottage north of the building to find it. You can also go park on a side street. As a former resident who lived near 103rd I’d advertise you not to go to far north of 109th and don’t park on the other side of the tracks in the Rosaland area.
Not long it depends on the day you go and if the hotel is open. The Pullman factory now has a dedicated museum and the hotel for years has been a hit or miss when or if it’s open.
The homes and the Hotel Florence They have walks on certain SuNdsys
They used local volunteers on opening day, so the answer must be Yes.
