Not long it depends on the day you go and if the hotel is open. The Pullman factory now has a dedicated museum and the hotel for years has been a hit or miss when or if it’s open.
It's up to you. We visited for about an hour, but there is more to see and learn. Of it crowded visit a different part of the neighborhood or historical buildings.
As long as you want there is a museum there also check the hours
We were there for about 3 hours. Took a long walk through the neighborhood, dropped into the visitor center, and had coffee across from the Greenstone Church.
Half an hour for us.
